Fergie revealed that she doesn't have any kind Plans to Join 'X-Factor' this season as a judge.
The Singer who is on a break from Black Eyed Peas, told the she likes 'X-Factor' but it is just that she does not have the time.
Fergie said "I mean, I love Simon and I love the show. It's just that last year, nor this year, do I have the time to commit to that sort of commitment because I would be somebody who would really throw myself into it, as I do with all my projects."
